D’Arcy’s focuses on parenting and the entire transition into parenthood, masculinity and its effects on both men and women in our society, relationships between couples and families as well as chronic illness/health-related trauma.

Sarah Ryce
RN Psychotherapist, BScN, PMH-C
Sarah works with individuals, couples, and children navigating challenges such as Anxiety, Stress and Grief/Loss. She is Certified in Perinatal Mental Health with additional training in Perinatal Grief/Loss and Reproductive Trauma such as Infertility, Miscarriages, Infant Loss and Birth Trauma. Sarah works with couples to improve communication and connection in their relationship. Sarah works with Children 6+ who are experiencing Grief/Loss in their life such as a death, divorce or big life change.

She is the founder of Sage & Serenity, a menopause wellness practice supporting women through perimenopause and menopause with education, movement, and personalized coaching. She offers virtual and in person workshops, movement classes, and one to one coaching.
