The material covered is DBT/CBT/ACT informed and each participant will be given a workbook to take home - expect interactive and engaging activities throughout the workshop.

For The Building Healthy Relationships Workshop you will learn how to recognize unhealthy vs. healthy traits and behaviours in both friendships and romantic partners; strengthen communication styles and skills while touching on what boundary setting can look like.
