Let's Grow Girls Workshop
A 6 week therapeutic group designed for girls ages 10-13 to build confidence, emotional resilience, healthy friendships, and a strong sense of identity. Through guided conversations, psychoeducation, creative activities, and practical coping skills, participants learn how to understand their feelings, communicate clearly, set boundaries and support their mental and emotional well-being.
$60 per session

This workshop is for families and loved ones of first responders. The workshop will cover ways to increase awareness of mental health challenges, enhance communication, strengthen coping strategies and resilience building. Kelsey Prohaska (Registered Psychotherapist-Qualifying) is also a first responder who is focusing her education and therapy practice on ensuring first responders have the support and care they need to continue to support their community.
There is a fee of $10 per participant - all proceeds will be donated to #IVEGOTYOURBACK911.

This workshop is for spouses, partners, children and other loved ones of first responders who want to better understand the impact of the job on mental health and develop tools to support both their first responder and themselves in a healthy, effective way.
