Art Therapy
Art Therapy is more than making something beautiful - it's a pathway inward. It provides a creative tool within the psychotherapy process leading to integration of our mind, body and spirit. Art therapy gives us the space to create, build coping skills, deepend self awareness, enhance agency and move toward meaningful change and personal growth. Through self expression and communication we give shape to feelings that don't always have words. By strengthening the mind-body connection, we gently tune into what our nervous system is holding. With creative problem-solving, new perspectives begin to emerge. And from there, empowered action becomes possible.
We offer group art therapy through both virtual and in person options - some with a general focus while others are more geared to a specific transition or focus in life. The workshop offers all materials required for the art expressions - just bring yourself!
