This workshop is for families and loved ones of first responders. The workshop will cover ways to increase awareness of mental health challenges, enhance communication, strengthen coping strategies and resilience building. Kelsey Prohaska (Registered Psychotherapist-Qualifying) is also a first responder who is focusing her education and therapy practice on ensuring first responders have the support and care they need to continue to support their community.
There is a fee of $10 per participant - all proceeds will be donated to #IVEGOTYOURBACK911.
This workshop specifically will be VIRTUAL! A link for the Zoom event will be sent out the morning of the event.
