Meagan Donnelly
Welcome! I am so glad you're here. I concentrate on working closely with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors, relationship concerns, navigating identity issues, and substance use. I am able to practice psychotherapy with individuals from 12-years-old and above; providing whole-hearted, collaborative, personalized support for each and every client.
Throughout my experience, I have become psychological flexible in my approach to therapy in meeting every client where they are at. I use a combination of DBT, CBT, and/or ACT; I am able to achieve this from a neurodevelopmental lens as well. It is important to note that I am a huge advocate for harm reduction and personal growth.
When I am not working, I am practicing self-care and spending quality time with my family. I love accumulating positive experiences. I am very fond of animals, art, and board games; however, I can find genuine enjoyment in just about anything! When you're ready, I would be excited to start this journey with you on exploring your best self.
